Fast Fashion, Systems Thinking & Responsible Technology - listen to our podcast episode!

Our very own alumni of the University of Southampton - Jon Coello and Lucy Marum - had the privilege of being guest speakers on the latest episode of the Meliora Podcast from the Sustainability & Resilience Institute.

Prof. Simon Kemp hosted the conversation with a broad range of topics, including career routes, the criticality of the circular economy, and how technology plays an important role in making a difference in creating a sustainable future for our planet.

‘Put a Pocket in it!’

The podcast episode doesn’t disappoint - with the usual ‘Cirevo-esque’ conversations on dinosaurs, asteroids, hedgehogs, and vintage computers.

On a more serious note, Jon and Lucy dived into their university degrees in Environmental Science and the topics and projects that are close to our heart at Cirevo: the value of data, modelling tools, the problems with the linear economy, doughnut economics, fast fashion, local repairs, and the importance of enabling our local communities.
